The Electronic Persecution of Jesus Mendoza

In retribution for his whistleblowing, Mendoza says he was attacked with various forms of electromagnetic poisoning, namely in the form of directed EM radiation beamed down from satellites.

Over a decade ago, Jesus Mendoza accused his Texas law school of racially-discriminatory tuition fraud. According to him, that irked powerful school alumni who had moved on to various governmental positions. In retribution for his whistleblowing, Mendoza says he was attacked with various forms of electromagnetic poisoning, namely in the form of directed EM radiation beamed down from satellites. Since then, Mendoza’s suffered a wealth of documented health problems, and has sued numerous top-level government officials, including John Ashcroft and George W. Bush.

It’s a very sinister twist on the story told by the electrophobes, the UK citizens we visited who suffer adverse effects from any form of electromagnetic radiation. Motherboard went to Texas to talk to Mendoza, who lives sequestered in a trailer with no power in the backyard of the main house where his wife and kids live. Considering how out there his story is, what surprised us most about Mendoza is the fact that he comes across as a completely rational, loving parent who is also skilled in law and rhetoric. It may come across as a real-life X-File, but for Mendoza, the last decade has been one of government-inflicted pain and suffering.
