If you aren’t already one of the Grey Lady’s 100,000 digital subscribers, blessed with an endless supply of Top Stories, not to worry: you can pretend to be one because you’re a hacker and you still have a delete key on your keyboard.

I think this has been known for some time, at least by those of us who still look at URLs, those codey-type things at the top of our web browsers.

Unless, of course, you’re living in the future and using an app, which may or may not or may not be the answer to this little problem the Times has (ie, people not paying for a product). Which, if you think about it, may mean free articles for us, but which can also hurt all of us too.
