Here's the New 'Red Dead Redemption 2' Trailer

The highly anticipated next game from the makers of 'Grand Theft Auto V' is looking good.

Rockstar just dropped the third and latest trailer for its upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2. The trailer highlights the storytelling aspects of the sequel to the original open-world Western game—and it looks good.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel to Red Dead Redemption, which follows Arthur Morgan and the Van Der Linde gang from the backstory of the previous game. This trailer goes into more detail about the gang, and like many famous Westerns, seems to be focused on their lives in a time when the Wild West was finally becoming a little less wild (a title card in the trailer suggests that the game takes place in 1899.

The game is slated to launch on October 26, 2018 on the PS4 and Xbox One after multiple delays. Take-Two, the parent company of developer Rockstar, has said the delays were because “more polish was required” for Rockstar to ensure the game was at the desired standard, according to an earnings call in February. It is, however, "confident" that the game won't be delayed again.
