Upcoming creators MOS designed an impressive architectural installation for the 1st floor of the Creators Project NYC launch event: a set of blocks that looks like it’s in the midst of collapse, bathed in the light of projectors. We spoke to Michael Meredith, who’s on a break from teaching architecture at Harvard’s GSD for a year, (his partner and wife Hilary Sample teaches at Yale), to hear how the piece was created, how technology informs their practice, and what architecture might learn from a Frankenstein event like this.We’re going to be posting loads of photos as well as exclusive video interviews with artists and performers from the event all week, so stay tuned.
