'Snake Pass' is a 3D platformer with *very* interesting controls, and we got *very* silly while playing it.

Snake Pass is an interesting beast: a 3D platformer with no jumping, starring a snake named Noodle and his… bird friend. The controls are simultaneously the most frustrating and most brilliant part of the game: you need to slither around—and up—platforms by coiling yourself around them. It's difficult to do even the simplest things, but once you start to get the hang of it—which we were just starting to do, by the end of our stream—you gain an appreciation for a very different kind of movement.

There are a LOT of instances of Noodle frustratingly flopping to his death along the way, through, making Snake Pass an acquired taste. And I'm really not 100% certain all of those deaths were my fault, because I was pretty sure I was inputting the same commands, success or failure.

I had a ball with it, but that had to do with the fact that we created a completely bananas narrative about the game featuring "Dr. Mistah McBonah." Sometimes, you just have to have a few friends on a couch make fun of your goofy-looking, not-entirely cooperative snake, folks.
