In a statement released today, FTC chairwoman Edith Ramirez said the agency is trying to make T-Mobile pay its customers back for the bogus charges.“It’s wrong for a company like T-Mobile to profit from scams against its customers when there were clear warning signs the charges it was imposing were fraudulent,” said FTC Chairwoman Edith Ramirez. “The FTC’s goal is to ensure that T-Mobile repays all its customers for these crammed charges.”T-Mobile has yet to issue a statement about what's going on, I'll update this post when and if we hear from the company.
