Shoot Your Own Amateur Sonic Porn With 'Sonic Dreams Collection'

This is the nuttiest Sonic-related internet thing we've ever seen, and that's saying a lot.

Sonic Dreams Collection, a parody of Sega's mascot presented as a collection of leaked, never before released prototypes created by the fictional MJSTUDIO, takes you deep inside the madness that is Sonic fandom, and leaves you on the other end with nothing but confusion, fear, and a few movies preserved as tweets to remember the experience.

To be clear, these are not actual, unreleased Sega products, which will become rather clear when you happen upon the scene in which Sonic, his doppelganger Shadow, and another Sonic character Amy Rose are engaging in a drunken devil's threesome in a cheap motel. As with all the scenes in one of the prototypes, Sonic Movie Maker, you can make your own six second movie out of this debauchery by picking up a video camera, moving objects and characters around the 3D set, and framing your own shots.

When you're finished, you can share the movie on Twitter. Check out a few of my Harmony Korine-inspired creations below:

Sonic Movie Maker is just one out of four supposedly canceled projects discovered by the Arcane Kids, a group of arty game developers with a great manifesto. Their last project, another parody of a platforming mascot named Bubsy Visits the James Turrell Retrospective, took a turn for the bizarre as well, but Sonic Dreams Collection takes it to a whole new level.

In addition to Sonic Movie Maker, the collection also includes Make My Sonic, which lets you design your own Sonic, My Roommate Sonic, in which you get to make out with Sonic in virtual reality before being sucked into his hellish mind, and Eggman Origin, which you can't play because you don't have a "network adapter connected."

"SEGA squandered MJSTUDIO's gift to the world… and dissed Sonic fans globally… by burying these games," the Arcane Kids said on the game's press site. It adds that "Sonic Dreams Collection is a parody. It's art. We have no money."

I'm guessing that that we'll eventually figure out how to play Eggman Origin. Bubsy Visits the James Turrell Retrospective was filled with weird nooks and crannies that took a while to find, and Sonic Dreams Collection is too. The game links out to guestbook you can sign, primitive forums, and I even found a mysterious password, I just don't know where to put it yet.

Sonic fandom, as we've previously established, is a very weird thing. If you want to experience it for yourself in the form of a game, you can grab Sonic Dreams Collection by heading here. You'll need a password to get it. The password is "grandpa."
