Revenge porn mogul and noted garbage human Hunter Moore is finally headed to prison—not for posting people's nude photos against their will, but on felony charges stemming from hacking.Moore, 28, is known for having operated revenge porn site IsAnyoneUp.com, which from 2009 to 2012 hosted thousands of nude photos submitted without the subjects' consent. Not only did Moore accept nude photos submitted, usually by scorned ex-boyfriends, to the site, he also paid accomplice Charles Evens to hack into the emails of at least eight victims to steal photos.Although some states, including New Jersey and California, have enacted laws banning revenge porn, Moore has only ever faced charges related to hacking for running the now-defunct site.As part of the deal, Moore admitted to operating the IsAnyoneUp and pled guilty to "access to a protected computer to obtain information for purposes of private financial gain" and aggravated identity theft.Moore faces a minimum of two years in prison and a maximum of seven. Under the plea agreement, Moore will have limited computer access upon his release from prison, and will be required to notify his probation officer before using any internet-capable computer devices. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 25, according to Ars Technica.
