Montana congressman and former Navy SEAL Ryan Zinke will testify before the Senate on Tuesday regarding his appointment as the next head of the Department of the Interior.As secretary of the interior, Zinke would oversee the management and conservation of federal land and natural resources. According to Politico, he already has a pretty strong track record of protecting the sale of public land, even voting against his party at times.On Wednesday, Zinke will likely face questions on where he stands on that issue, as well as how he plans to handle federal coal and gas amid growing climate change concerns.
