One of the UK's leading deep house imprints Lost My Dog, has united two of its essential artists for a glimmering new remix. Pete Dafeet, the Lost My Dog label head and veteran DJ, has spurred a remix of his track "Wife" from the Spanish producer and fellow label mate, Nacho Marco."Wife" is a track off Dafeet's forthcoming debut album The Root, The Soul, due for release in June. The original track is a blissful piece of piano house, coated with a 90s Balearic Ibizan vibe and an infectious hook. Marco's take, although, fortifies the original track with a high-energy pulse and steadiness."I recorded "Wife" in the run up to my wedding in 2013. It's a feel-good anthem and will forever remind me of a blissful, carefree summer," says Dafeet.
